Marsh Standard was created from a love of seeing the bigger picture—understanding what makes a business different, identifying where opportunities exist, and turning those ideas into a clear strategy.
After working across website strategy, SEO, content, social media, public relations, and brand visibility, I saw how easily marketing can become disconnected. A website is treated separately from SEO. Content is created without a larger strategy. Social media becomes another task to keep up with.
Marsh Standard brings those pieces together.
Instead of doing more for the sake of doing more, the goal is to understand what your business actually needs and build a thoughtful marketing approach.

Hi, I'm Lillian.
I'm Lillian Bach, founder of Marsh Standard. I'm a strategist at heart. I love taking a business with a lot of ideas, opportunities, and moving pieces and helping turn them into something clear and intentional.
My work has given me hands-on experience across marketing strategy, websites, SEO, content development, public relations, social media, and brand positioning. But what I enjoy most isn't simply creating marketing—it's understanding why we're doing it in the first place.
I believe the strongest marketing starts with listening. I want to understand your business, your goals, your customers, and where you want to go before deciding what your marketing should look like.
